Repairs of worn equipment

Worn parts can be repaired at a low cost using SIConit at the SICcast service center.

The service life of the wear protection layer is usually 3-8 times longer than that of original spare parts.

By applying silicon carbide coatings, 40-80% cost savings can be achieved compared to the price of new spare parts.

Production of new parts

We cast new parts from silicon carbide, such as impellers, volute casings and nozzles.

We will analyze your wear problem for you free of charge. We will develop a solution and take care of the engineering work.

Supply of material for your own repairs

The material can be used either to renovate worn surfaces or as a preventive coating against corrosion.

For smaller repairs, we offer the supply of SIConit material. You then carry out the repairs according to your own needs. The service includes free consultations and training of employees.

Rollers – service and production

The German company Düchting Walzen Service has specialized in the production and service of rollers used in the paper and plastics industries for more than 70 years.

INDUSERV 24 is the exclusive representative of Düchting Walzen Service for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Roller production:

We provide custom production of guide, pressing, suction, profiled vacuum, drawing and segmented rollers, tambours and any other rollers up to 12m long.

If necessary, we make new coatings on the roller from materials according to the customer’s wishes, such as hard chrome, ceramic, hard metal, carbide, rubber and PU.

Service and conversion of various types of cylinders and accessories:

Bearing inspection and repairs, crack testing, repairs and replacement of pins using liquid nitrogen, roller bodies, machining and grinding of roller bodies and lapping of the shell with and without coating.

Measurement of roller shape including testing of the dimensional stability of the roller body.

For decades, Habermann has been synonymous with the development and production of suction dredgers and slurry pumps for sand and gravel mining.
